Apollo's Hegemony L-Theanine Plus is a dietary supplement containing a combination of L-theanine (200 mg) and inositol (100 mg).
L-theanine - a non-protein amino acid found mainly in the leaves of Chinese tea(Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze). It is an evergreen shrub, grown in about 30 countries around the world. When exposed to sunlight, the L-theanine found in the leaves is converted into polyphenols, so some growers cultivate this shrub away from direct sunlight.
